You must be aware when I speak of energy, I’m not talking about some kind of energy that you understand.  The most important energy, that flows through and supports all living things, of course, is LOVE.  This is the energy that binds and holds together everything within the solar system with all the dimensions.  Because this flows through directly from God through all living things.

You must be able to give this energy called LOVE freely because its abundant and free and its most important for your survival.  You must be able to share this with all the beings.

It’s never depleted. You never have to worry about it. You have to give it freely just as God gives this energy to you out of his compassion and love for you and so you must have compassion and love to all living things and all human beings.

All of us, individuals are unique and special and different. These differences should not be means of conflict that appreciation and understanding to know that each of us are special and unique individual.  This what makes us so 　beautiful and so special.

You must be able to focus on this quality within ourselves. You must be able to be unique individual and realize this preciousness of special quality that we all possess.  The beauty that is uniquely individually you, not standard and beauty that is set by your societies or by qualifications according to standards. But your own individual standard and relying on your self of your own standards not those set by someone else.  You must be able to look at yourself and see the unique quality and beauty of individual YOU.

You must be able to focus on this individual and maintain your balance and harmony.  In order to do this, you cannot focus on someone else’s standard and their quality and try to meet this.  You have to look at yourself as a special precious jewel.  The jewel that is unique because all the experiences you had is individually yours.  And all these experiences and all these qualifications have formed each facet of the special jewel that is you.

You must understand yourself as a soul.  Every experience that you go through whether negative or positive is important for your development.  Sometimes you have to accept what comes to you and not struggle so much against it. Because this experience is very important.  Every experience is important for your development whether its negative or positive.  Sometimes you have to go through the experience and step back and see what experience was for you.  What it did for you?  What did you learn from this?

This is the most important thing.  Don’t look at this as a punishment.  Don’t look at this as something that wasn’t necessary.  Because everything you experience happens for a purpose.

When I talk about focusing on energy, and positive aspect of using this energy, I give you an example, you are watching a news program and they are talking about a war of some country, if you automatically react, and say “OH, I’m afraid this is going to happen in our country.  This war is going to develop and spread here”, you are reinforcing the negative automatically unconsciously.What you must do is send positive energy and blessings to the area that is having the problems. 

This is how you reinforce the positive.  This is how you use the energy to better your environment.  Because sometimes your brain thinks to yourself because you are focusing so much attention to this area that you created in your own environment.  Where your attention goes the energy flows.  So what you have put your attention to whether negative or positive, you are reinforcing this issue. So you must consciously make an effort to reinforce the positive and make sure that you send love and blessings to areas that needed to focus this positive energy and be a positive force.

And as I said, the more love you give the more love you receive.  Its not something that is just limited.  Its unlimited.  Then you feel better about yourself because you have been channeled for something very good.  Each of you have a qualification to be a good channel.  Everyone has this energy that is flowing through them.  You only have to be aware of it.  You only have to be aware of the force that you are and control this.  Consciously be aware of how you think make an effort to send love and blessings to everything. And be a positive force.  For the good and for the love that falls through the creator through you.  Your channel for this energy.  You must realize the unique quality of being an individual, the force that you are.  Don’t forget that you are a jewel.  Every experience that you had is formed. Every facet of this unique jewel which is you.
